Under Delfina Achinelly, head of Methodology and Verification, guidance the team mapped its proprietary verification framework into a format that aligns with ISO's core principles: customer focus, risk management, and continual improvement. The certification is a direct result of her strategic direction in scaling our operational maturity while staying rooted in traceable impact.
